Elana Mitchell Selected MIAA Women’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week

Elana Mitchell of the Kalamazoo College women’s soccer team was named the MIAA Defensive Player of the Week on Monday (Oct. 16). This is the first time the sophomore has earned the honor. Kalamazoo continued its MIAA schedule with two home games against Trine on Oct. 10 and Saint Mary’s on Oct. 14. The Hornets won their second and third games in a row after defeating the Thunder 2-0 and the Belles 1-0.
