Men’s golf plays day one of two at PAC Fall championships

WARREN, Ohio (Oct. 16) – The Waynesburg University men’s golf team traveled to Avalon Lakes Country Club on Monday for the first of two rounds that make up the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) Fall Championships. After 18 holes of competition, the Yellow Jackets were in seventh place out of nine teams with a four-man score of 341. Waynesburg was led by sophomore Matthew Karpeal (Smithfield, Pa. / Albert Gallatin), who currently sits in a tie for seventh place with a four-over score of 76.
