Cunha’s First Collegiate Points Earn PacWest Player of the Week

FRESNO, Calif.-Freshman Cadence Cunha’s list of collegiate firsts continues to lengthen after the conference named her PacWest Player of the Week on Tuesday. On Saturday, Cunha came off the bench against Academy of Art and delivered the equalizer five minutes after halftime for her first collegiate goal. Two minutes later, Cunha cashed in the game winner, another collegiate first for the Clovis native. The brace helped FPU net its first conference win of the season and first win in over a month.
