The Holy Cross women’s soccer team came out victorious in their Pink Game against Chicago State, winning with a final score of 3-0. Freshman forward Caroline Marcus scored her first collegiate goal early in the game, setting the tone for the Crusaders. The team showed strong possession and held off Chicago State’s attacks throughout the match. Junior Alyssa Pettet and freshman Mary Sommer also scored their first career goals, contributing to the team’s success. Head coach Ben Graham praised the performance of the young players and looked forward to the upcoming match against Navy.
