Cougars blow out Kyle Lehman 47-0

BUDA — After earning its first district win over Buda Hays the week prior, Canyon football defeated Kyle Lehman in a 47-0 blowout Friday night. The contest was a dominant showing for the Coogs on all fronts. The win moves the team over .500 at 4-3 overall and 2-2 in District 12-5A-I play. They sit alone in fifth place in league standings, one game behind Wagner, Boerne Champion and Seguin, all tied for second place (3-1).
