Legendary College Basketball Coach Lands New Job With ESPN
Former Syracuse basketball coach Jim Boeheim is reportedly finalizing an agreement to join ESPN for the 2023-24 season, per Jon Rothstein. Boeheim’s role with ESPN is expected to include work both in the broadcast booth and studio. Boeheim, 78, retired at the conclusion of the 2022-23 season, marking an end to his 47-year head coaching career with the Orange. During his decades-long career, he led Syracuse to five Final Four appearances — including a National Championship victory in 2003.
