Canyon hosts Seguin in district showdown

Entering the final stretch of its district season, Canyon football will host Seguin at home Friday night. The Cougars enter this contest with a 4-3 overall record and are 2-2 in District 12-5A-I play. They sit fifth in the league standings, one game behind the Matadors (3-1).
