Dripping Springs upsets Lake Travis in Texas high school district clash

Dripping Springs took an early lead and didn’t let go in a 24-6 upset of Lake Travis in a Week 9 Friday night showdown near the top of the District-6A, Region IV standings. The Tigers built a 21-0 lead, scoring in each of the first three quarters. Lake Travis put six on the board late, but it wasn’t enough. Home fans cleared out well before the final horn.
