Field Hockey Falls at Vermont, 2-1

Orono, ME – The University of Maine field hockey team was defeated at Vermont on Friday afternoon, 2-1. Saylor Kuefler got the scoring going for the Black Bears as she scored her fifth goal of the season early in the third quarter off of a feed by Kate Richardson (2). Vermont scored the next two goals as Lilly Leiprecht and Alina Gerka scored as the Catamounts took the win, 2-1.
