Chargers Take Home Three Peat As Women’s Tennis is Crowned Champions

WINCHESTER, Mass. – The Chargers women’s tennis celebrated its three peat victory winning the GNAC Championship 5-3 over Regis. Rapid Recap: The Chargers overcame a 2-1 deficit after doubles in the match as junior Elise Hogan (Duxbury, Mass.), first year Maria Espinosa Lopez (Merida, Mexico), senior Mary Thoms (Northwood, N.H.) and junior Mei Genest (Keene, N.H.) all picked up singles victories. The all-tournament team consisted of two Chargers, Espinosa Lopez and Genest, as Thoms took home tournament MVP.
