Harris, Feher Tally Goals, Big Red Downs Dartmouth 2-0 Behind Friedberg’s Shutout
HANOVER, N.H. – The Cornell men’s soccer team earned a 2-0 victory over Ivy League foe Dartmouth on Saturday night from Burnham Field. The Big Red improved to 8-3-2, while the Big Green dropped to 4-7-2. The first half was a defensive clinic with neither team bending on surrendering a goal. Big Green netminder Costi Christodoulou was tested early and often, but held his ground in the opening frame. Cornell dictated the shots on goal category in the first half, leading that total 5-1. Sophomore goaltender Ryan Friedberg saw less action, but stopped the lone shot that would test him.…
