Marlins Sweep Lynchburg in Three Straight Sets

The Virginia Wesleyan University women’s volleyball team (23-4, 11-0 ODAC) swept the University of Lynchburg 3-0, winning 25-17, 25-19. 25-16. The Marlins started strong, going up 6-2 in the game, but the Hornets fought back to cut the lead to 6-8. However, the Marlins countered with an 11-1 run to take a 19-7 lead.
