Saboya Delivers First Brace in FPU’s Loss at CUI

IRVINE, Calif.-Surrendering a pair of goals less than five minutes apart on two separate occasions the Fresno Pacific Sunbirds (5-6-1 overall, 2-3-1 PacWest) fell 5-2 to the Concordia University Irvine Golden Eagles (4-7 overall, 3-3 PacWest) Saturday afternoon. Fabricio Pozas Saboya netted both of Fresno Pacific’s goals in the loss, netting the first brace of his collegiate career as well as his first two goals of the season.
