Tigers drop road decision
SEWANEE, Tenn. – Amelia Clark scored Sewanee’s lone goal as the Tigers fell to Marian on Saturday morning in Wisconsin. Clark’s goal was her first of the season as she found the back of the net 12 minutes into the first quarter to tie the game with an assist from Eve Bournias. However, the Tigers could not keep Marian down as they responded with two goals in the second quarter and extended the lead. Marian outshot Sewanee 40-2 as Claire Damare had 18 saves on 25 shots on goal for the Tigers. Bunny Rutledge recorded Sewanee’s other shot on goal.…
