Mustangs take third at Lone Star Conference Championships

PORTALES, N.M. — Midwestern State’s Ella Pando led a pack of seven Mustangs to set person best marks on the way to a third-place showing Saturday morning in the Lone Star Conference Championships at the ENMU Cross Country Course. Pando, who placed 15th with a 6K time of 22:53.66, became the 22nd MSU harrier to earn All-LSC honors and first since Amerhyst Aguirre earned all-league honors in 2018, 2019, and 2020.
