Bobcats Fall to Charleston 4-0 in Season Rematch
A lackluster first half by West Virginia Wesleyan College’s men’s soccer team and a University of Charleston desire to get even for its only loss of the year to the Bobcats back in September, culminated in a four-goal advantage in the first 45 minutes, Sunday in Charleston. Within the first eight minutes, Charleston had its first two goals, one on a penalty kick for a handball in the box, and the second on a successful corner kick that was not well-defended by the Bobcats.
