RICHMOND, Va. — After a five-point week in which she helped Northeastern to a 2-1 record and a CAA Tournament berth, freshman forward Alex Mega was tabbed CAA Rookie of the Week, the league office announced Monday afternoon. Mega scored twice in the Huskies’ 6-2 win over Hofstra Friday afternoon, providing the second and third goals of the contest as the win earned Northeastern a spot in the CAA Tournament for the 14th time in program history.
