Men’s soccer facing Birmingham-Southern in league tourney
SEWANEE, Tenn. – Sewanee men’s soccer will host Birmingham-Southern this Saturday at 5 p.m. at Puett Field in the quarterfinals of the Southern Athletic Association Championships, as announced Monday by the league office. The Tigers (5-4-6) enter the conference tournament as the No. 4 seed facing fifth-seeded Birmingham-Southern (5-7-4). Sewanee posted a 3-0 win over the Panthers on October 15 in Birmingham. The Tigers dropped a 2-0 decision at Centre this past Saturday, dropping from the No. 3 seed to No. 4 with the loss.
