Palomino tabbed as SAA’s Offensive Athlete of the Week

By: Noah Hughes, Assistant Athletic Director for Communications ATLANTA – John Palomino of Centre men’s soccer picked up the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) Offensive Athlete of the Week award for matches through Oct. 22, the league announced Monday. The freshman tallied a game-winning goal in a 2-0 shutout of Sewanee on Saturday afternoon. His score was the fifth of the season for the Troy, Mich. native.
