UWG Football Listed in Initial Region Rankings

CARROLLTON, Ga. – Following a third straight win, the UWG Football team was listed as a team under consideration in Super Region 2 in the initial Region Rankings on Monday afternoon. The Wolves enter week eight with a 5-2 overall record and are 5-1 within the region. West Georgia is coming off of a 38-14 victory over North Greenville on Homecoming. West Georgia is one of four Gulf South Conference teams listed, joining Delta State, Valdosta State, and West Florida.
