Women’s Volleyball Falls to UAlbany in Four Sets

ALBANY, NY – The NJIT women’s volleyball team was defeated by host UAlabny in America East action on Sunday as the Great Danes defeated the Highlanders in four sets at University Gym on the campus of Russell Sage College. UAlbany took the opening set 25-19 before the Highlanders bounced back with a come-from-behind 31-29 win in the second set to tie the match. The Great Danes went back in front with a 25-15 win in the third set and clinched the match with a 25-14 fourth set victory.
