Cowgirls Skunk McMurry 3-0 at Home

ABILENE, Texas – Hardin-Simmons’ Cowgirl volleyball team skunked the McMurry War Hawks 3-0 in American Southwest Conference play on Tuesday night at the Mabee Athletic Complex. The Cowgirls took the match with straight sets of 25-9, 25-21, 25-19. HSU hit .213 with 44 kills in three sets to McMurry hitting .054 and 23 kills. Liz Underwood had a big night on offense with 17 kills to lead the floor in three sets. Underwood hit .389 in the win on 36 total attacks.
