RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – SWOSU Soccer freshman Elvira Gunnarsson was selected as the Great American Conference Offensive Player of the Week on Tuesday afternoon. This comes following her career day against Harding last week. This is now the second straight GAC Offensive Player of the Week honor a Bulldog has received after Philippine de Sancy began SWOSU’s trend last week. Gunnarsson (Kristianstad, Sweden) entered last Wednesday’s match against Harding with two goals on the season.
