Women’s Soccer Earns 0-0 Draw at No. 22 Wesleyan to Close Out the Regular Season

MIDDLETOWN, Conn.. – The Connecticut College women’s soccer team remained unbeaten for the sixth straight game, closing out the regular season with a 0-0 draw at No. 22 Wesleyan University on Tuesday night in Middletown, Conn. With the draw Conn moves to 9-5-1 overall and 4-5-1 in NESCAC play, while Wesleyan moves to 7-3-5 overall and 3-2-5 in conference action. Conn (9-5-1, 4-5-1) started quickly, tallying the first shot of the game at 6:43, but Jamie Scarpantonio’s (Glastonbury, Conn.) effort was stopped.
