Women’s XC Earns Top West Region Ranking

By: Jeff Evans, Director of Athletic Communications BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Coming off a dominating performance to win a second consecutive GNAC Championships, the Western Washington University women’s cross country team has risen to the top of the USTFCCCA West Region rankings. WWU climbed two spots to the No. 1 spot in the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association West Region ranking after gaining the win on a tough, hilly course on Saturday in Anchorage.
