Field Hockey Falls at Home to Hartwick

UTICA, NY – The Utica University field hockey team fell at home to the Hartwick College Hawks 2-0 from Charles A. Gaetano Stadium on Wednesday evening. The Hawks outshot Utica 15-1 and 10-0 on goal over the course of the game. Mackenzie Mix (Camden, NY/Camden) provided the team’s lone shot while her second one that she would have scored on was called back. In goal, Hannah Young (Jordanville, NY/Little Falls) made six saves and allowed two goals in the losing effort.
