Regis cross country runners qualify for state
Several Regis cross country runners are heading to state this Saturday after competing in the WIAA Division 3 Sectional at Whispering Pines in Cadott. The performance was highlighted by the Regis Girls Cross Country team winning sectionals for the second season in a row. The Ramblers girls team finished with a low score of 61, just beating out second-place Cameron who finished with a 65. Junior Carly Borst led the team, running the 5k in 20:20.2 to finish in third place. The Ramblers also had Sylvia Spangler and Ava Moore come in 6th and 8th.
