Unlucky bounce haunts IUP women in setback to Seton Hill
INDIANA, Pa. – IUP women’s soccer fell 1-0 despite a late charge into the second half on Wednesday against a hungry Seton Hill side at South Campus Field. Samantha Hallo notched the game’s only tally with a shot that squeaked past the goal line following a bounce along the bottom of the crossbar in the 65th minute. With some confusion on the field, the goal was confirmed as Seton Hill (6-7-1, 5-6-1) broke the scoreless tie.
