Volleyball goes down to the wire with Geneva

WAYNESBURG, Pa. (Oct. 25) – The Waynesburg University women’s volleyball team hosted Geneva on Wednesday night for a Presidents’ Athletic Conference matchup. The two squads battled over five sets, before the Golden Tornadoes used a late 4-1 run to pull out the 3-2 victory. Geneva (10-10, 3-4) opened the night with a 25-18 win in set one, before the Yellow Jackets (8-14, 1-6) bounced back by taking set two 25-20 and set three 25-23.
