Women Soccer Battles Marymount to a Scoreless Draw

ASTON, Pa. – The Neumann University Women’s Soccer team played to a 0-0 tie with Marymount University on Wednesday night, closing the regular season schedule. In the 12th minute of the match, two quick shots by Catherine Miller and Morghan Stiles almost gave the Knights the lead. Jaclyn Burmood led Neumann with two shots on goal. The defense came up big for the Knights with big step ups by Jordan Bard, Caitlin Llewellyn, and Burmood. Alexis Navarro was in goal for Neumann coming up with three big time saves in this contest.
