Women’s soccer defeated by North Central in regular season finale

NAPERVILLE, Ill. — The Augustana Vikings women’s soccer team fell to the first-place North Central Cardinals on Wednesday, defeated by a score of 8-0 to wrap up the regular season. The Cardinals sent in their first and only goal of the opening half in the 12th minute and took the 1-0 lead into halftime after the Vikings fended off 18 shot attempts, more than half of which were on target.
