RALEIGH, NC –The Fayetteville State volleyball team could not out-play an opposing Falcons offense Thursday on the road falling to Saint Augustine’s in three sets (20-25, 18-25, 18-25). The loss dropped Fayetteville State’s record to 14-12 overall and 11-3 in CIAA action. The Falcons are now 9-10 overall and 9-4 in the CIAA. Chiara Vittoni finished with seven kills on the day to lead the Broncos offense while finishing with a hitting percentage of .353.
