Mountaineers Gear Up for Sun Belt Championships

BOONE, N.C. – The App State men’s and women’s cross country teams are set to compete in the Sun Belt Cross Country Championships in Foley, Ala. on Saturday. The women’s 5K is slated for 10:02 a.m. CT (11:02 a.m. ET) with the men’s 8K to follow at 11 a.m. CT (12 p.m. ET). Both races will be available to stream on ESPN+.
