Soccer Blows Past East Central
ADA, Okla. – SWOSU Soccer secured its second shutout victory of the season in a 4-0 road victory over East Central on Friday. SWOSU’s four goals ties for the season high for scoring output. The win pushes the Bulldogs to 4-4-2 in conference play and inches them closer to securing a playoff bid with two regular season matches remaining. The Bulldogs got one goal on the board in the first half and piled on after halftime. A pair of penalty kicks from Julie Andersen (24′) and Sola Tsuruta (63′) gave SWOSU the first two goals.
