Two Pioneers Selected To CCIW All-Conference Team

The College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) released its annual Men’s Soccer All-Conference Team Friday morning, with Carroll University receiving two selections. Josh Gonzaga and Marti Solanellas Vilella earned the distinction for the Pioneers, as each player was selected to the CCIW Second Team. Gonzaga finished the season with a team-high six goals, which is tied for the 10th-highest total in the CCIW. The senior from Lombard, Ill. also recorded three assists and 15 points, which both ranked third on the team. This marks the third All-Conference recognition of Gonzaga’s career, and follows a First Team selection last season.…
