WOU women’s soccer falls 1-0 at WWU

BELLINGHAM, Wash. — The Western Oregon women’s soccer team fell 1-0 to Western Washington at Harrington Field on Thursday night. The Vikings (9-3-4, 7-1-3) got a goal in the 28th minute from Morgan Manalili and the Wolves (7-4-4, 4-4-3) were unable to find the equalizer. The Wolves’ attack was presented with opportunities, but was unable to find the back of the net. WOU outshot WWU 13-9, with the Wolves having five on target to the Vikings two.
