Field Hockey Drops Season Finale at Oneonta

ONEONTA, N.Y. – The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) field hockey team concluded their season on Saturday afternoon, as the Engineers fell 3-2 to the Oneonta Red Dragons. RPI held an early lead, scoring two goals in the opening quarter. Dani Samuelson got the ball rolling for the Engineers, scoring at the 5:23 mark on a pass from Sophie Clancy to make it 1-0 RPI. Abi Herrington then made it 2-0 Engineers on an assist from Abby Peterson at the 11:29 mark.
