WAYNESBURG, Pa. – The Thiel College women’s volleyball team defeated the Waynesburg Yellow Jackets, 3-0, on the road Saturday afternoon in a Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) game. The Tomcats won in straight sets, 29-27, 25-14, 25-18. Thiel was led by sophomore outside hitter Daisy Jenness (Pendleton, Ore./Pendleton) who recorded a game-high 16 kills. Freshman Arin Delattre (Greensburg, Pa./Hempfield) recorded 13 kills and added four blocks. Junior Erica Gregory (Clinton Township, Mich./Fraser) recorded 11 kills, one block, one service aces, and a game-high 23 digs.
