NJCU eliminates Raptor women from NJAC soccer playoffs

JERSEY CITY, N.J. (Oct. 28, 2023) – The New Jersey City University women’s soccer team scored the only goal it needed in the 80th minute as it eliminated Rutgers University-Camden from the New Jersey Athletic Conference playoffs with a 1-0 first-round victory here Saturday afternoon. The fourth-seeded Gothic Knights improve to 8-6-4 and advance to the NJAC semifinals, where they will play at top-seeded Rowan University at 5 p.m. Tuesday.
