Stingy Defensive Performance Not Enough as Panthers Fall to Tuskegee

TUSKEGEE, Ala. – Dezmond Jones (Thomasville, Ga.) put together a stellar defensive performance with a season-high 12 total tackles at the linebacker spot but the Panthers were outlasted by the Golden Tigers 14-3 on Saturday afternoon inside Abbot Memorial Stadium. Quarterback Heath Williams Jr. (Clarksville, Tenn.) went 7-for-19 with 64 yards and three interceptions in Saturday’s outing. Running back Josef Douglas (Columbus, Ga.) led the rushing attack for Clark Atlanta with 74 yards on 11 attempts.
