SUNY New Paltz Cross Country in Action at SUNYAC Championships

Oneonta, NY —The State University of New York at New Paltz cross country team(s) were in action today at the State University of New York Athletic Conference Championships hosted by SUNY Oneonta. The women ran 6k and the men 8k at Fortin Park in the town of Oneonta. The men came in eighth out of ten teams and the women seventh out of eight teams in the teams in the field. Oliver Melara-Perez led the men’s team with a time of 27:25.8 to place fortieth overall. Gavin Bowers followed in forty-sixth place with a new personal best time of 27:36.0.…
