Wheaton soccer teams to host CCIW Tournament semifinals on Wednesday evening

Wheaton, Ill. — Both the Wheaton women’s and men’s soccer teams finished second in the CCIW standings this season and clinched first-round byes in the 2023 conference tournaments that began today. The Thunder men’s and women’s squads will each host a semifinal match in the CCIW Tournament at Joe Bean Stadium on Wednesday, November 1st. The two games will be played back-to-back, with the Wheaton women taking on the third-seeded Carroll Pioneers at 4:30 PM, before the Wheaton men face the sixth-seeded Illinois Wesleyan Titans at 7 PM.
