Women’s Soccer onto the Postseason as They Tie Alvernia in Regular-Season Finale
READING, Pa. – Although Widener women’s soccer had their second straight tie of the season on Saturday, a 2-2 decision against the Alvernia University Golden Wolves, the Pride will now prepare for the playoffs. They have clinched a spot in the MAC postseason. The Pride finish the regular season with a 5-6-6 record. They were 3-2-2 against MAC opponents. BY THE NUMBERS The Pride had 14 shots (six on goal).
