Women’s Soccer Posts Clean Sheet in Win Over Cougars

MANKATO, Minn. – The Bethany Lutheran women’s soccer team claimed a 3-0 win over Minnesota-Morris to conclude their regular season on Saturday afternoon. With the win the Vikings finish the regular season 11-5-2 overall and 10-3-1 in the UMAC while the Cougars finish 4-12-2 overall and 4-8-2 in the UMAC. The two teams played scoreless for the first 24 minutes of the contest until Olaitz Azkue Muguruza found the back of the net with an assist from Juana Quevedo to take the 1-0 lead.
