Women’s Soccer Shuts Out Centenary in First Round Action

ASTON, Pa – The Neumann University women’s soccer team, the No. 4 seed in the Atlantic East postseason, shutout No. 5 seeded Centenary University 4-0 in first round action on Saturday afternoon. The first goal came in the 27th minute of play where Marisa Nicolucci crossed the ball to Anna Poehlmann who put it in the back of the net. Neumann took the 1-0 lead into halftime.
