Women’s Soccer Topples Mount, Clinches Bye in OAC Tournament

ALLIANCE, Ohio – A trio of goals in the second half allowed the Otterbein women’s soccer team to methodically pull away and top host Mount Union 4-0 Saturday under the light of Kehres Stadium, resting the Cardinals 8-1 in conference play this fall. The Cardinals will settle for the No. 2 seed in next week’s OAC Tournament, earning a bye through the quarterfinals and ultimately hosting a semifinal matchup come Thursday afternoon.
