Women’s Volleyball: Hawks Win Fourth and Fifth Set in Comeback Victory Over Nor’Easters

BRISTOL, RI – The Roger Williams University women’s volleyball team came out victorious in their Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) match on Saturday, defeating the University of New England, 3-2 (18-25, 25-22, 20-25, 25-13, 15-10). Jillian Smith (New Milford, Conn.) had 13 kills with a .346 hitting percentage with a dig. Kaylee Jackson (Naugatuck, Conn.) led with 14 kills and had 19 digs. Ava Mattiucci (North Kingstown, R.I.) had 31 assists in the game with the Hawks. Marianna Hernandez (Norwalk, Conn.) had 21 digs with Mattiucci holding 12.
