Cikauskas Named Defensive Performer of the Week

Monmouth College sophomore football player Anthony Cikauskas (Oswego, Illinois) was named Midwest Conference Defensive Performer of the Week on Monday. The defensive end turned in a fantastic performance on Saturday in Monmouth’s 45-3 win at Ripon with 4.5 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks. He led the Scots with sic total tackles, four solo, and helped limit Ripon to 55 total yards of offense. Ripon managed just three rushing yards on 24 attempts and Cikauskas forced a fumble while adding three quarterback hurries.
