FARMVILLE, Va. – Freshman forward Darcy Moffat has been named Big South Co-Freshman of the Week, the league announced Monday. Moffat scored in the 39th minute of the Lancers’ 3-2 senior day victory over Presbyterian on Saturday. Moffatt’s second goal of the year put Longwood on top for good as he slipped through a pair of defenders and beat the goalkeeper on a breakaway.
