Thompson Earns Great Midwest South Division Honor For Fourth Time This Season

For the fourth time in 2023, Ashland University senior libero Katie Thompson is the Great Midwest Athletic Conference South Division Defensive Athlete of the Week, as announced by the conference on Monday (Oct. 30) afternoon. Thompson landed the award once again this season after a three-match week in which she recorded 67 digs (5.58/set), and added 16 assists and seven service aces for the 3-0 Eagles.
